Founded by Eugene Reinersman and Christopher Chawula, former emergency medicine professionals, our farm was born from a love of both cooking and the powerful health benefits of mushrooms. Beyond offering gourmet mushrooms for culinary use, we also explore their functional and medicinal properties, partnering with Vitality Nutrients of Loveland, Colorado, to create organic, water-soluble, and alcohol-free mushroom and natural plant extracts.
